Apartment at Dionis Art Apartments is your second home. Temporary, but full. Most of the Apartments have an area of about 40 sqm. They have a TV with internet access, Wi-Fi, a work desk, a dining table, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a comfortable bed, a full kitchen, a tropical shower/bathroom and even a wardrobe!
Many furniture elements are custom made of solid ash and natural stone. Due to this, each room has not only functionality, but also a unique design.

Come to Saint Petersburg with any staff and stay at Dionis Art Apartments. Two business partners? A family with a nanny and a child? Family with an adult child? Two couples? Romantic weekend? Top manager of a large company? For each of these variants we have provided the perfect placement option with its «chips» and features.

Excellent infrastructure and underground parking
Our apartment hotel is located in a new 2020 house, which was originally built for commercial premises. This is not a «high-rise» and not an old building without an elevator and entrance group. Near us there are two 24-hour grocery stores, coffee shops, a bakery and a library, as well as several cafes and restaurants where you can eat well, or order room service.
If you want to drive your car, we will find a private parking space with a built-in elevator. You can climb to the desired floor, bypassing the reception, and not announce your arrival or departure.
Care of guests, health, safety
Video surveillance and security are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Thanks to air conditioning and breezers, the rooms are always fresh air without the need to open a window, cool in summer and warm in winter.
We have comfortable mattresses and pillow menus for you to sleep soundproofing your rooms. We also use hypoallergenic flooring and artificial swan fluff replacements in pillows.

Hotels are built according to a certain pattern, where sometimes are not ;thought through the very little that at first glance guests do not even pay attention. But they are the ones who decide everything! We know the needs and pains of entrepreneurs and their employees in business, and we know full well how important is the place to stop in the team and what might affect their mood.
Quality and comfort of stay
In one hotel we notice poor-quality cleaning, in another - inability to eat or cook food in the room, in the third you have to choose between stuffiness and noise from the street, in the fourth very small place because of an ill-conceived layout, and the fifth is generally difficult and scary to get.
Room for all
And the room for three? It will be a lot of sweat to find at least a couple of options, while the requests for comfort and comfort are unlikely to be satisfied.

What time is the arrival and departure?
Arrival - from 14:00, departure - until 12:00 local time. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon availability and at an additional cost. The reception and accommodation service is open daily from 08:00 to 00:00 Moscow time. We welcome and place our guests in the selected apart category until 18:00, in case of a later arrival at the hotel, kindly ask you to inform the administrator in advance of this information so that we prepare the information on the check-in for your convenience. The reception desk is not located at the hotel, but we are always happy to answer questions in any way convenient to you:
What payment options do you have?
